My work includes research and educational projects that examine language use, access, and equity in Spanish-speaking communities impacted by language contact, historical evolution and socio-semantic change. My regional areas of interest are primarily Mexico and the United States.

Spanish for Heritage Speakers

This work explores pedagogical approaches, curriculum design, and linguistic identity among heritage speakers of Spanish, with attention to educational equity and community-based learning.

Language Testing in U.S. Spanish
